MEET THE TEAM
DENTON ASHWAY
Denton graduated from The University of Georgia and has been practicing law for over 35 years. He specializes in real estate law, and considers developing friendships with his clients the most rewarding part of his work. He loves helping first-time home buyers and his expertise in the field makes him a valuable resource to any client. Outside of his legal work, Denton writes a weekly sports column for the Forsyth County News and Dawson County News, and is heavily involved with The Rotary Club of Forsyth County. On Saturdays in the fall, you can find him in Athens cheering on his Bulldogs.
CAROLINE ASHWAY
Caroline came to work for her dad in the spring of 2016. What began as something temporary turned into a long-term career change when she realized she loves the real estate business. She is now enrolled in the evening law school program at Georgia State College of Law, and plans to practice alongside her father after she graduates in December 2025. She currently acts as a closing coordinator for the office and enjoys being a reliable point of contact for clients. Caroline also graduated from the University of Georgia and inherited Denton's love of Georgia football. Caroline is currently enrolled in law school in the evenings, with plans to graduate in December of 2025.
GABBY, TEDDY, & WELLER
Although the love of the Bulldogs runs deep in this family, our personal pups still rank number one. Gabby, Teddy, and Weller act as the office mascots, and are certain that anyone who comes into the office is only there to see them.
